Sometimes it’s scary to look ahead to the future, not knowing what lies before us. But in all circumstances, put your trust in God. Have faith in Him, take the first step, and He will guide your path.

The actions of the Galatians reflect an unresolved insecurity in the gospel. Insecurity, in its way, is a source of pride. This is because it reflects a belief in one's self-righteousness while rejecting God's righteousness as revealed through Christ. The more we allow Christ to transform us, the more we experience His grace and ability to change the lives of those around us.

When we recognize God as our refuge and protector, we are drawn to seek Him and entrust our lives to His care. How reassuring it is to know that, like a mother bird shielding her young, God safeguards us when we cry out to Him. Our mighty defender never fails; He is our unwavering source of shelter and comfort.

Because Jesus said that John was the last of the old order of great prophets, now, though considered the least in the kingdom of heaven, we are part of the new generation under Jesus. We are saved by the grace of God through Jesus and His sacrifice, living under His new commandment. HALLELUJAH!

When we see things differently, they begin to appear differently. When we see things the way Christ does, we align our priorities with His, demonstrating and living out faith in Him in all we do. Children's faith is the perfect example of the faith God calls us to have. This faith consists of seven components, which will be explored in the coming days.

Many deflect from their sins by highlighting others' flaws or hiding behind community respect. Yet, God sees the heart and rewards humble faith with mercy and grace. Self-righteousness is like filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6) before our righteous God, whose throne is founded on righteousness and justice (Psalm 89:14a). Why glory in such rags?
