The Dead-End Pathway

1 Corinthians 3:1-4

Part of maturing is realizing that following our desires only leads to a dead-end. We remain 'infants' as long as we demand our way and are always divisive. We should examine our lives to see if this characterizes our relationships. If it does, we need to confess our sins and ask God to help us grow.

We Are the Salt and Light

Matthew 5:13-16

But our goal is not to seek the glory of our own but seek His glory in Heaven up high. We live this life as a sacrifice, so that He, who sacrificed for us, can shine His light on those still in darkness.

Clinging to the Conveniences of Our World

Luke 9:23 - 27

Jesus Christ holds a supreme claim on the lives of His followers, above all personal desires and comforts. Clinging to worldly conveniences can ultimately lead to destruction while surrendering one's life to God through Christ is the only path to true purpose. This teaching challenges our natural inclinations and requires faith, but by submitting to God's will, we discover the meaningful life He intends for us.
